Purpose
We process this data to handle your product registration, send the double opt-in confirmation link, provide information about Pergent, webinars, launch and product updates, and operate the website securely.
Double opt-in
Your registration becomes active only after clicking the confirmation link. Without confirmation, no regular information emails are started.
Service providers, cookies and analytics
We use Vercel for hosting and DNS, and Namecheap Private Email for email communication. Essential technology is used for website operation, security and saving your cookie choice. Analytics and visitor measurement through Vercel Analytics and Pergent Metrics only load after your consent; you can delete the browser choice and decide again. On the setup-check page, we additionally record a cookieless, aggregated campaign ping for QR/flyer visits through Pergent Metrics to measure whether the printed invitation works. No cookies are set for this ping; IP addresses are not stored raw, but shortened/hashed by the tracking system.
